I am Md. Khairul Alam, an educator and academic researcher currently serving as a Lecturer in Economics at Sylhet Govt. Model School & College, where I have been teaching since 2007. Originally from Bakergonj Upazila in Barisal, I have dedicated over two decades to the field of education, beginning my professional journey at Guthia Ideal Degree College in 2003.
My academic foundation includes an Honours and a Master’s degree in Economics from National University, as well as an M.Phil. in Social Work from Shahjalal University of Science & Technology (SUST), completed in 2018. Beyond my primary subject, I am highly active in the digital landscape, holding a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.), a Master of Education (M.Ed.), and certifications in Computer Applications and Hardware Maintenance. This expertise allows me to integrate ICT into the classroom and train others as a Master Trainer for creative curriculum dissemination.
Currently, I am expanding my research horizons. Beyond my professional life, I am an enthusiast of creative writing, nature photography, and exploring modern digital tools to enhance social media engagement. I believe that through education and research, it is possible to address socio-economic challenges and inspire the next generation to build meaningful careers.
